Shipping is provided via UPS/Truck Freight and is determined based upon equipment weight, geographic location, and requested delivery method.

Equipment is delivered to the outside of your building. Inside delivery is available for purchase at an additional cost, but must be requested at the time of your order.

Pickup is available to consumers wishing to transport the equipment and avoid shipping costs and wait times.

All equipment orders are fully insured during shipping, however, damage can rarely occur during shipping. Consumers should inspect equipment upon arrival for any damages that may have occured at the time of delivery and prior installation, and you must notify us immediately for any replacement parts or necessary repairs. In the event that the equipment is damaged beyond repair, you may refuse the delivery.

All products are brand new. We manufacture our gaming equipment in house and distribute all throughout within the continental USA.
